Brihanmumbai Electricity Supply & Transport Undertaking [Best] — Paid bill amount debited not reflected on website

My BEST Consumer number is[protected]
I paid electricity bill of 630 Rs on friday 25th of november 2022
This amount got deducted from my bank and i did not got any confirmation receipt nor this amount got reflected in BEST?
Am attaching the proof of amount which got debited and also bill of the month of May which i paid.
I request you to kindly refund my money or get it reflected on BEST website.
