Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation — nuisance cause by stray dogs

I am writing to your esteemed self to bring to your notice the nuisance caused by stray dogs in our street. The number of stray dogs in our street has risen alarmingly. The rise in their number has led to various other problems.
The gangs of dogs often get involved in fierce wars. These fierce dogs pose serious threats to the safety of residents, especially children playing in the streets. Dogs in our street eat the covers of our vehicle seat nd make more damages to our seat covers. All the dogs sit and sleep in front of our gate and the outsiders and childrens are scared to come in the society. They even bark in the midnight and because of that we are having problem to sleep.
I on behalf of the residents appeal to you to look into. Kindly relieve us of these dogs by getting them rehabilitated to homes for stray animals. We shall be grateful.
