I have saving bank account in SBI bank in Morbi SSI branch located at Morbi, Gujarat, India.

I am getting call from [protected] & [protected] mobile number for OTP that I have got in my inbox message.I want to take steps against them as I think they are doing all this as like their job via OLX adds.They are doing like that it full time.I am also ready to file FIR against them.Hope you can understand.Give me right directions for that and tell me that what can you do from your side to prevent this??
