[Resolved]  Brl Shine — Provides Fake job and not refunding the amount

On 29/08/2014 I also got a call from Mr Varun ([protected] and [protected] ) said that calling from BRLShine.com from Delhi. He asked me to pay 1.5k for confirming job in KIRLOSKAR INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED company. I did not know that its spam. I paid the 1.5k amount to the a/c [protected] (AXIS Bank) Name : brl facilities services. I also request others not to trust such mails or call.After payment of Rs 1500 they conducted my teleohonic interview but who knows about reality of interview and calling person . After that a lady named SAKSHI holded my profile and said me to pay 5999 for my documents verification and within 2 days she call me and said that your documents has been verified. After a week she call me and asked to pay 20k for company's insurence and my housing vehicles etc facilities. After a week she again call and told me to pay 12k for company's employer bank accounts in which 10k will be in my accounts and 2k will be charges for atm or credit card and bank passbook and atm credits all will be send to my addresss within 7 days. On 7th day i call her and asked for the accounts she reply me that all will be given to me by company on date of joining. Then i said that further i will not pay any amount for you or your kirloskar and if company charges amount then cancel my job and refund my amount and she said that ok, after cancel all amount will be refunds to me. After a long gap about 2-3 weeks she call me and on 17th oct 2014 she said me that my joining letter and employment id and etc has been ready and company will forward to me within 24 hrs and on 31st Oct all amount will be refund to me. then i said that forward me then. But she said that i have to pay 30k for my joining letter and etc. I said that first send me my letter and etc then i will pay the amount or will pay direct to company on the date of joining. But she said that company not agree. Till i have not pay the amount and one day she call me and ask for the payment i said the same. Then on 4th Nov 2014 she told me that company will cancel my job i said cancel then and refund my amount then she said that no amount will be refund to me. And she cuts my call. Plz help me in getting my money back...BRL Shine provide fake job and will always call to person for job which will be outside delhi and noida.
