Just to bring to your notice that people don't value the qualification and experience of any employee in this organization.The Head HR of the company plays dirty politics with the employees just to increase her package.She recruits people who are at an assistant or an executive level so that there is no competition for her.
She frames negative personality of the employees who are capable to do a good work than her in front of the CEO.
She has her own policy of recruiting people who are not even HSC pass and she terminates employees who have good amount of Exp and knowledge.
She accepts the shrewd behaviour of her by saying that she always ask for forgiveness to God when she prays.She has recruited people in her team who has extra martial affairs and who are characterless in their behavior.
This lady has managed to increase her salary from 9 lacs to 12 lacs in just 6 months by playing politics and destroying the career of employees with her sweet tongue.
