I am travelling from BRTS since few days. I am new to the city so asked the ticket person which bus should I catch for the specific route. He is not concerned or interested in helping or answering as if I am begging them for some money. The way and tone was so rude and unhelpful. I missed 3 busses back to back just because he couldn't tell me that my bus is arriving and on which door number. Because he was too busy with his friends chit chatting. This happened to me along with few other passengers at shastrinagar BRTS stop. Pathetic.

I have experienced this so many times. Thry are least interested towards passengers, but just wanna chat with their friends sitting at the window counter. So pathetic. Disgraceful staff!!!
