Dear Sir & Madam,

When there is heavy rain our road is entirely filled with water which reaches knee deep and during this time it is impossible for us to go out incase of any emergencies. we did complain to BBMP empowered to take action and ensure the drains are cleared to make residents life easier and if it is repeated offence penalize the individuals blocking the drain...
