BSPHCL — regarding my electricity bill. which is not updated from april 2017. and also for my electricity meter.

Hello sir,
I am from adarsh nagar, rajopatti, dumra road, sitamarhi, bihar, 843302 and it's a complaint regarding pending electricity bill, since 9 months (April 2017) and burnt electricity meter (07/02/2014). Sir, i have filed my application twice for electricity meter exchange but there is no action taken by electricity board till now.
So, sir it's my kind request to you to produce my electricity bill's and take quick action towards changing my electricity meter. Here is my electricity meter detail :-
