During lockdown 2020 our tickets were canceled because the lockdown was imposed at the destination. I had booked tickets for myself and my family to Andaman from Chennai on Budgetair for Vistara airline. I have also taken this up with Vistara and they have come forward and clearly mentioned that the refund has been sent fully to the PNR and that the travel agent is responsible for sending the received refund o the customer. But budgetair is denying responsibility and has stopped replying to messages. They have pocketed the refund money. Was this information helpful? |
