I had booked a TV. They expected delivery within 4 days before ordering. After ordering, they expected June 12th. When I contacted them on whatsapp they said it would be delivered within 4 days. A tracking number was sent saying that the delivery would be through Delhivery. When I log in to the Delhivery site, it shows that there is no match found this tracking number. I asked them about this. Then they said. Since you ordered the product from our site, you need to track it on our site. When tracked on their site it can be seen as 29th May in transit from the next day of ordering. No replay is given when the subject is investigated after that. I have doubts whether these are frauds. Money is debited from my bank account through cash free payments.
