I have booked tickets from Delhi to Bengaluru, it's showing your booking is confirmed, and amount rs 5, 800 is deducted from my account, its was showing ticket will be received on watsapp but didn't received .

I tried to check booking PNR number, its showing invalid.

I am a student, don't have money, have taken money from my friend as college scheduled an immediate exam, Kindly help me to get a refund.
