Sir, My Order id - OID276297, I have ordered Combo of 5 shirts, but I have received different used plain shirts and it's with damaged condition.I have tried their contact number but it is always busy, and also unable to reach www.buffersales.com also.So i request to u to, take return my products, its humble request, please refund my money. Jul 8, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved today i got a call from buffersale no-8491830607, he asked me the mode of refund and i said by cash.Then he said we can repay you by imps, and asked me about my ATM card no, date of expiry and cvv also. And their person will come tomorrow i.e saturday and take the product. When I refuse to give my ATM no detail he told me to hold and after sometime he hang up the call saying you will receive another call from the company, since then i am waiting for the call. Can anyone say will i get the refund?????? BufferSales customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
