So many people same numbers, don't who is who ... who is current/past/future no one is responsible. Great comedy to say we are your competitors, no one can compete with CC in any way to cheat people. Your Max effort does not meet the BASIC.

They targets only middle class peoples who they think week and never do anything against them

No icing at CC Builders. Only Builder in Chennai making Middle class dreams on their lovely home. Very cooperative. Life long free labour support. End to end banking support. Makes housing loan possible through their connects. Doing great service.

Please be very very careful with CC Builders.

Really their targets is only middle class peoples because they only can manage their poor quality of service.

"Life long free labour support" is a very good joke. The supervisors are never bothered about customers requests.

Every work is mess. Most of the materials are worst quality.

They themselves giving 5 stars for their poor service, but none of the customers will appreciate their service.

C C Builders are doing well near Pallavaram areas. Their flats are affordable priced and particularly suits for middle class peoples.

Even though their construction quality is good, their finishing is not appreciable and spoiled every thing. Lack proper supervision is main reason for their discredit.

My name is Birju Ram, I didn't find any problem with CC builders till now as I have booked an apartment in their project ' RUVANTHIKA ENCLAVE'. I just faced a little delay in construction for 2 months due to ban on sand mining by the Tamil Nadu government. They did altered the floor plan according to my convenience and I am satisfied with all the fitting and fixtures that been provided. Engineer Veeramani is very co-operative while attending me if asked for some changes in the plan. I don't understand why people had posted negative comments when I don't find any builder giving apartment at affordable price as they do.

It seems you have never seen a good flat before. Check your window doors are closing in winter. If you are able to lock your main grill gate properly then you are lucky. So I assume that you have the following qualities.
The tiles are properly laid in your flat with out gap and evenly laid. The bath room water drains quickly. CC builder employees talk to you softly
and you deals with only educated people from CC and your engineer is Be., , Civil engg and with good exp. You have only one supervisor/engg from start to end. You clearly know whom to contact if you have water/electricity/plumbing problems. Suppose if your toilet leaks hope it will be resolved with in 1 month before the next street people smells it. Your wall paint are still in wall after 4 months (bottom of walls), the white cements on the wall are still in wall only. You don't get sparks in your switch board. you never seen water in your ceiling. You are easily take out and park your car easily.

I heard that CC builders is concentrating well on the areas around Pallavaram (such as Pammal, Anakaputhur, Pozhichalur). I have bought a flat at Guduvanchery and the service i received/ am receiving is not good. I complained that there is an unwanted electrical point near my kitchen sink. What did they do you know? One day they came and removed that point and broken the tiles. Now that electrical point switch board is still hanging there with the broken tiles. This is the best finishing quality from them. Till now, 5 times, i gave the list o[censored]ncompleted work in my flat. Even now, no action is being taken. Every time, they are showing the hand to different supervisors/managers; but nothing is happening. I bought the flat before 2 years. The worst thing is the elevation of the apartment they showed me when i bought the flat is not done now. And they are saying that this is what we can do; no other go. Few positive things i see are the quality of tiles and electrical wiring (with connection to inverter backup).

Can you please tell who is the customer care in charge now, please some one from your office first care about the in charge then you care about customers. Every month new customer care office, new supervisor, new plumber, new electrician, Are you a Builders or running any training institute to train them for money. Please don't encourage people to got CC ever.

You will come to know how bad they feel now. Are you dare to call all your customer one day to one place and can you guarantee all are happy.. you people run out of office many times when we visited there for complaints...You people sold many homes by providing wrong details, you sold 2.5 yr old home by saying one yr old. If it is false statement, you provide the detail of the home you sold by saying one yr old.

I had to wait for few months to let you know that my windows are perfect in Winter too, I was always available at my house during the construction ( each and every moment) till finishing. Thus I was able to correct mistakes on time.


Ramesh : Just want to bring to your attention that our common EB meter has not yet installed and there are many minor issues that we are facing due to un finished work. Its been long time that you started this project ( Ruvanthika Enclave ) but every thing looks good when it has a good finishing. Its the customers had to be behind your workers to get job done instead of engineers, who really lacks supervision skills. I did noticed that your engineers didn't verify the work being done by labours, but I did. Please call me up when you get a chance @ [protected].

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE / VERY POOR CONSTRUCTION QUALITY. NOBODY IS RESPONSIVE INCLUDING MR RAMESH DIRECTOR. I DONT HAVE WORDS TO TELL ABOUT THEIR WORSTNESS. PLS DONT GO AND FALL IN TO CC BUILDERS WELL. LIKE US.

Poor quality service. After getting money no one is picking the phone. We are waiting for EB more than 1 year. They said good ground water while visiting for purchase but full muddy Ground water (whereas neighbhorhood no issues), they might gave cheap rate for borewell. They placed RO plant which is less HP and ran for a month. When we tried to contact RO vendor he told that CC builders only able to raise a complaint otherwise they wont come. I was escalated several times to MD directly, no response received. There are lot of issues in building especially one Washbasin was missing from the plan diagram. Door issue. Waste of money. They put testimonial their own like purchasors (In my name) where as no option was there to enter testimonial or reviews. What they will tell after reading this? I am a competitor. I have a photos of every thisn i will upload. Please dont go with this builders.

I knew you are part of Anugraha apartment @ Kundrathur..even I knew the customer. Even though RO was not promised in our agreement after seeing the water condition, we install the RO system and handed over the maintenance to the project owners. Yes, agreed the EB connection was delayed but not 1 year due to Power fluctuations and Transformers in that area, EB department was non-cooperative. CC Builders has paid the EB charges till we get the connection. Now the EB connection has been extended. Please understand if we are going for cheap bore well then why we have to invest for RO ? so please please understand the situation.

As per our agreement we have two Basins which will be installed of customer choice either at Bathrooms or at Living and Bathroom. and one of the bathroom you just wanted to install outside in living room and we did it. Now you are saying one of the wash basin is missing.

To be honest I personally took lot of risk in processing your to 98% and made it. You praised us a lot for successfully got the loan and ensure supervisor was with you till completion and handover.

I am posting here after reaching your office, phone calls, emails ids, written complaints, after throwing so many on your company..

Very very bad service / very poor construction quality. Nobody is responsive including mr ramesh director. I dont have words to tell about their worthiness.

Every work is mess. Most of the materials are worst quality.
