[Resolved]  Dhanista Group Builder — Intolerable delay in residential projects and lot of money invested

frds, i too have invested a huge amount in dhanista group, seems like it's a genuine firm but due to the lengthy SRA process most of their projects are delayed. i feel their offers are best for the ones who are looking for investment & can bare the delays. as far as i know getting a home in so low prices & at prime location seems very difficult

We are also invested money in dhanista group from last 4.5 years...always they are saying we will start the work from next two months but they are not done anything...Now recently they promised us we will get LOI on[protected]...now they are saying it will take some days to clear the paper. please update any news...my id is [protected]@rediffmail.com

I was shocked to see such a review or complaint, we have a professional team to tackle the issues and make sure that all the clients gets proper attention and if there are any complaints we can sort out immediately.

Now when i come to these particular complaints, I couldn't find any client or complaint details with reference to this Email Id and no other details are mentioned.

I would have appreciated if Mr. [protected]@gmail.com provides his complete booking details like name, Contact number and other booking details for further reply and verification. And if he is complaining for last 5 years he should have any reference name or Number, Itself shows that you not want us to revert back to resolve the issue but dimish the Name of dhanista. I even have a doubt as [protected]@gmail.com is fake id and made only for this fake complaint purpose as it not showed any where in whole google search. You are requesting the people to unite with you and Contact you without your communication details – Must be kidding.

There are some people who want to make reputation down of some Competitor Companies or other business. They have no time to use their creativity in real work, except that their use their mind for bad work and fake complaints.

Its Shocking that this site is allowing people to post any fake and annoying thing without any proof, even name or contact no. Because they just want to grow their business of any kind of things. Best part is that https://www.consumercomplaints.in is also not attenting on their post either theses complaint is true or Not or Never approached us regarding this.

This complaint is registered without any details is completely fake and there is no need to worry about these type of fake complaints.

So, people who saw this fake complaint on https://www.consumercomplaints.in need not to worry about their Booking. Dhanista are since 33 yrs & One of the best in the Business.

I really regretting my earlier statement because some people without knowing say something about others which is absolutely wrong because dhanista group intention is very keen to get every one affordable home in Mumbai and they are doing the same.

Dhanista group is one of the best reputed builders of ghatkopar.. and have many project which is best suitable for middle class people.

We have booked flat in 2008 for Ghatkoper west location. Whenever we go to office they use to tell next April/Aug/Sept work will start, sometimes they are saying that no clearance from government. Till the date no project started also not communication from builder received. Please help us in this.

Are they really going to complete any of the projets

I have booked flat in 2014 for Mulund west location. Whenever I go to office they use to tell next April/Aug/Sept work will start, sometimes they are saying that no clearance from government. Till the date no project started.also i have cancel my booking on Sap 2015 but till date i have not received my money, they always giving me new payment release date.

i had booked a 1 BHK flat in Powai @ Rs 6900 in 2013 & have recently visited their ghatkopar office regarding the delay. i met the Senior Sales manager & got all my queries solved. she showed me all the progress so far in regards to the powai project, when it was launched it was a single 10 floors building with standard amenities back then in 2010 & now it has taken the neighboring plots & has turned into a huge project with 17-20 floor towers with luxurious amenities. i agree it has been delayed a lot but getting it in so less price seems worth the wait.

You people are NOT able to clear paper work even after 4.5 years’ time of Powai Gardenia project and forget about start of construction there.

I have booked flat in their Powai gardenia, project 4.5 years back i.e. Sep’11. Till now, even after 4.5 years’ time, no clearance of paper's from SRA dept and after every 4 months you are sending letter saying “PAPER WORK IS GOING ON”

I have send so many mails to your sales dept about the progress but no concrete response at all.

I want to know when the construction work will start there and when u ll hand over flat to us, during booking you told us in 4 yrs you will get house.
I’m tired of your false promises and let me know the exact situation of project and how much time it will take you people to give my money back with what interest percentage if I will withdraw.

The communication is ridiculous and delay is too much.
At least after posting here I hope I’ll get reply.

i too have invested in Dhanista Group 4 yrs back in powai project, in between i too got frustrated & went to their office to cancel my booking but there i got a chance to meet the Director & i was explained their part of the story. i had booked it at 5500 psf for a 10 flr single building with no amenities & now the project has expanded with 17-20 storey towers with all luxurious amenities, it certainly took a lot of time in taking the nearby plot but at the end i feel i would be beneficial. i would advise everyone to once visit their office before making a decision

i would be interested, i am looking for a Best location with reasonable pricing. its pure investment purpose so can deal with the delays as far as the offer is the best. i would be visiting their office for the same. shall keep you all posted
