[Resolved]  Soma Constructions Opposite To Gopalapatnam Police Station — Real Cheating By Adari Satish

Father of my friend (PSM Sarma) retired from BSNL, gave advance an amount of Rs. 13,00,000/- (Ruppes Thirteen lakhs) on 10/01/2012 to Adari satish s/o A. Appa rao (owner of soma constructions, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam.) towards purchase a flat in soma enclave, block no-23, behind Mohati Model School, Gopalpatnam, Visakhapatnam. After 4months he came to know that the same flat is sold for others also and he was cheated. From the day he absconded, closed his office and phone no.’s changed. Complaint was given against the builder satish at gopalpatnam police station on 23/9/2012 and one more complaint is given in commisioner’s office on 6/10/2012. No action is taken against him till now. Adresses of Builder satish: a) D.No. 8/43, Prasanthi Nagar, Near simhadri Hospital down, prahladhapuram, Visakhapatnam-47. b) D.No.20/34, Bharathnagar, prahladhapuram, Visakhapatnam-47. Adress of Soma constructions: a) Flat No.107, Sai Dharani Enclave, Opposite to Police Station, Gopalapatnam, Visakhapatnam. I heard recently that he (Satish) cheated about 20 people in similar way. I am requesting you to take necessary action and no other will trap in builder’s hand in future.
