[Resolved]  Wave Infratech — Charging illegally RS 20 per sqft for NOC

My friend has a registered flat in Plumeria garden Greater Noida. I am eagar to buy the flat following due procedure of GNIDA through transfer and registration. We need NOC and no dues certificated from the builder Uppal chadah group for that purpose.
When we visited the wave infratech noida office near rajani gandha chowk, they ask for Rs 20 per sqft charge. We argued that this is completely against law of the land and we asked if wave infratech has any written order for collection of such charge. They refused to share any information regarding to that. We are not even allowed to talk to the authoritative people of wave infratech. I request you to look into this matter to save our people from being looted for every purpose like taking birth certificate to death certificate.
