Hi,
10 days back i purchased 1 lack transaction messages. They committed your messages will receive to customer between 5 to 10 seconds. We wanted sms service for otp purpose. But same day after payment when we tried sms.. Sms not receiving entire day. When i ask for refund. They are not picking call, not reverting my mails. I am attaching screenshot.
