I made a purchase on 9th of April and was under impression that the order is confirmed. However, when I searched the order ID with Delhivery, the status is saying that the order was cancelled by the merchant.
The order was already paid and I haven't received any kind of email for the cancellation or refund.

This is highly unprofessional and was not expected.
No one is replying to the email they registered in the website and the order is still in manifested status(from 2 weeks) in their website order page. Was this information helpful? |
