Bus Conductor — Unauthorised behaviour of conductor and ticket checker

I am a college student who is new in this pune city today I took for kharadi from my college and i waited for conductor to come in front of the bus but that conductor didn't came i gave money to people and told to get me the ticket from him he didn't gave ticket and the checker or whatever guards came in the bus they started checking the ticket and humiliated me in front of everyone and fined me 300rs, they took it online in Google pay, they didn't stop here after paying they told me to get out of bus and then I walked from there to my home, this is ridiculous. Because of someone else's fault i have had to suffer this much today 😤😤😤 pmpml management is literally bad
