Busindia — Payment was successful but ticket not received

I have booked ticket seat no. 31, 32 from Bhubaneswar to Berhampur on 09.03.2023 for amount of Rs. 614/-; although my account was debited but ticket not received in my mobile no. When i called customer care of busindia they confirmed that that particular transaction has failed and the amount will be refunded within 7 days. So we booked our ticket again. But while travelling on the particular date the bus staff told us that the that particular seat 31, 32 was booked on our name and they cannot provide us refund from their end. Ki dlllndy resolve my issue.

Please inform agar apka Refund aa geya ho toh...Aur Refund ka process kya tha...
