Bussan Auto Finance India [BAF] — Presentation of cheque after advance EMI. | |||||
Dear Authority, I purchased a Yamaha Fascino last year financed by Bussan Auto Finance with LAN - TW201INR00388384. Due to some technical issues with my ECS account I started paying advance EMI from May'16. In month of June'16 I paid the advance EMI for July'16. Due to their mismanagement & lack in system my EMI cheque was presented in the bank which got returned because of the technical issues & non availability of funds. This mistake of team BAF led to bounce charges in my LAN & cheque return charges in my bank account. On further requests & complaints the bouncing charges from loan account were taken back but still my query stands for the cheque return charges in my bank account. Also this has affected my banking & financial credentials, to avoid this only I was paying advance EMI. Now officials at BAF Indore & Bhopal are refusing to make any statement & reimburse the cheque return charges. This has to be addressed as this is the lack of system & management at their end and I am not going to bear even a single penny cause of their mistake.
