I have ordered INDUCTION COOKTOP of Rs. 899 and they took online payment through Paytm and after that there's no response from the company moreover now I can't see that website showing to me intact the number which were given as a customer care that was also not working I'm attaching the copy of the order. Kindly look into the matter....

I booked 1 wireless Samsung bluetooth earfone and paid for this on online. But did not get any reply from this company also mobile number is not working. I am worried about my payment lost also for new customers who will book the products on this website should not get cheated....
