My account is not working due to a soem technical issues please do the needful...

I had placed an order on their website on 22nd May 2021. Order ID: PO[protected]
But received 1 item short.
I raised a complaint on 30th May 2021 - Complaint ID: 3996351‬
I have contacted them several times since but my problem hasn't been resolved.
To add to that everytime the executive says that I have been refunded 200 rupees as 1mg cash, which I tell them I don't want as I don't want to deal with them...

I ordered some medicines on 3 April 2021 at 5.30 pm Indian time. Before ordering, the 1mg website showed that the delivery time would be 2 hours. After deducting the money, I got an email that the delivery would be on 10 April, or after one week. My relative is not feeling good, & they needed the medicines immediately.10 April would be too late for them....
