We booked an office space in business bay sector 83 guru gram being constructed by abw regd office at abw tower, iffco chowk, guru gram in 2008 by paying rs. 26.46 lakhs. Completion was to be done by 2011 which was later extended to april 2016. I have visited the site, there is no chance of its completion in the near future. I had written him for refund of my money with interest but no response. Supreme court has ruled 'sink or die the builder...

ABW GROUP led by Mr.Bansal have misappropriated our hard earned money and there is no construction going on at site for last 4 years.As a matter of fact on our last site visit, the contractor was taking away even the scafoldings. So there is no plan by the builder to complete the construction...

Assured Cheques have not been paid since March 2015. Despite Repeatedly contacting them, no assurance on when they will be provided. Everytime they are contacted the persons are in the bank. Last conversation said they would pay by June. Now that is also not happening...
