Dear sir/madam,
My mobile got problem that unwanted software install after connect to internet. I visited your trivandrum service center "access technology" on 18.10.16 they asked me to come for collection 20.10.16. When i called for collection on 25.10.15 they says mobile is ready and can dispatch 1500 hrs, once i reach the service center came to know that mobile not yet attempt for any repair and the staff name rajev mob. No [protected]...
