However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Guys be careful with this John Benni, this guy introduces himself as a church pastor from north Chennai .But actually speaking he don't have any direct client or newer seen a direct client in his lifetime .
He loots innocents money heartlessly ( he will push individual to a big cheater for small amount like 2k, 5k not beyond that .he say he is consultant but actually he is bip and who runs his life with small money like...

Greetings of the day!!!
This company is fraud type of company. They hire the people in the name of Accord BPO but they give the offer letter in name of Relief India Trust. There is no any system and they no behave like the human after the selection....
