Unable to locate AP/HY/Pf in epfindia portal

Address:Gurgaon, Haryana

http://www.epfindia.com/OLRE_portal.html doesn't give an option to choose AP/HY/ instead suggesting AP/HYD/ as an option. I am not sure how to I withdraw my PF. Also, Aegis overtook TeleTech India and I am not sure of my PF for TeleTech which Aegis should have provided me....

Claimed Provident Fund (AP/HY/56070/7302)

I have submitted all documents (Form no. 10c, 19 & SSN) for PF withdrawal to Aegis BPO Services Ltd. A-5, Sector 3 Noida ( U.P.) in 1st Week of May'08 after left the company, But still I have not received any confirmation from Aegis or PF office

Please suggest me how to get my PF Withdrawn immediately...
