COMPLAINT AGAINST GAS AGENCY - Akash Gas service
Dear Sir,
REF: Consumer no: A06060 Name: Mantu Karmakar
DEALER: Akash Gas Agency, Devendra Nagar, Raipur (CG)-492001
I booked gas for home delivery on 30.05.2015 through online booking, booking number:233711, but till today 13.05.2015 not delivered. Whenever i make phone call to gas agency, They says it will take another 5 days for delivery. I called 3 times, he says same reply. I...

problems to get cylinder
sir
i am connection holder staying in bhanpuri raipur, in order to get gas cylinder follwing steps are necessary to follow -
1.connection holder has to come personally to agency to get time and date when slip will be issued by agency.
2.again on the given date person has to go to agency then they will issue slip.and on slip they will mark the time and date to get cylinder from godown.
3.then again person...
