Amazon promised me a refund and the refund is issued but it never came to my account. As the amount is huge I contacted amazon customer care so many times since December 9th.
Every single time they asked me to wait 3 to 5 business days. The agents on the chat portal they keep disconnecting me and then I am always transferred to a call where the manager states "this time we will solve your issue".

My bank will charge...

I have purchases this product on 22-aug.2022 Till date i have not rcvd.
Company Website is showing delivered...
