Battery is dead but dealer not accept battery for change in garranty period. Battery garranty available till 30/11/2023. But battery did not replace....

Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased your amco company battery on dated[protected]Activa Battery) (Warranty 30 month) Vendor-Palak Battery @ Goregaon east.& after 6 month this battery low. i checked in battery test this is bad battery. I contact vendor (Palak Battery) he said battery send to Amco company. but there is no reply. I received call from amco dealer i said company shutdown so no replace your battery. purchase new battery. Please...

I brought TVS Jupiter zx but my battery has damaged within three months of buying. Many time i visited contacted with amco authorised service provider but they are not supporting. They are asking Rs. 230 as a replacement charges without any bill/invoice. TVS service center is also not supporting as they are saying we can not do in that. Please look into this otherwise i will take legal action.

sir my self Lalit Gupta. I bought a activa from ganpati auto sector 14 in Gurgaon on 5th Jan.2010. sir I recharge my battery 2 time with in 8 months. The ganpati auto take my battery for last 12 days for replacing the battery but they do not replace it till date.My battery no.is 043670.
