i have requested the recharge of my virgin Mobile of 100/- at dated 19th June, 2009. but they have provided me a coupon serial no. that is not working.
I have mailed them 2-3 times.. their mail response are very poor and also not in time.
And at last i got mail from ApnaBill Team and in that i was told to call their coupon vendor customer care. why i should call their vendors customer-care call center and also...
