Defective aquagauard jazz purchased from reliance digital. Not repaired/replaced even after 11days. Aquagauard company not listening to complain saying it was bought from reliance. Not even responding to service request as reliance is not able to resolve claiming n9 support from aquagauard.
Aquagauard service engineer called after 5days to tell me why I bought it from reliance and cut the call and not picking up now....

Highly disappointed by the the product I purchased on 31 jul 22 got defective within 7days and non functional for about a week now. Request sent to aquagauard as well as reliance digital from which product purchased, but both passing the ball to one another. Aquagauard product and it's services are so bad i wasn't aware of. Now I got stuck as no one taking responsibility.
Going through highly bad experience...
