Took their annual AMC paying 7000 rupees, but no service after that. They dont even call and told me that I should have called.
No professional worker, bad service dont take their AMC, take from companies like Eureka forbes or your manufacturer....

Last friday i called this company by mistake considering them as eureka forbes. This company posts ad as ro purifier servicing company. The technician was sent in an hour of the request and the technician said ro has power supply issue and cartridge needs to be changed. For that he charged 5.5k i paid and he repaired the ro as soon as the technician went ro started leaking heavily and also vibrating. I immediately contacted the technician...

RO Water purifier problem
Hi,
We have bought a new RO Water purifier system from Aqua Tech company(chrompet chennai - [protected]/[protected]). The prop for the company is Saravanan. We have bought it just 3 months back and we would have hardly used it for 10 days. They have given us contact numbers which will not be answered. We have been making continous attempts to reach that guy but in vain.
I have some SMSes which i have sent to those numbers...
