Overcharging. 30 instead of 9 dollars and site doesn't work. Can't sell but u are taking my money for nothing...

I'm being billed 30 dollars constantly for websites I can't use. Always a problem when I try to sell. Went to 9 dollar plan and guess what? U charged me 30 dollars again. I want my money back. You have scammed me for a really long time. 30 dollars a month and I can't sell anything? No. Unexceptable....
