Revalidation of Cheque
Dear Sir,
I had a Children's Education Policy o[censored]TI for my minor dependent Nikhil Sharma, which later prematurely terminated by UTI into ARS bonds (Inst. No. 47340991, Folio:[protected] While redeeming I was sent wrong name on the cheque. Lastly, I was sent cheque no. 119375 of Axis bank dated 19.6.08 for Rs. 16836 which I could not deposit in time.
It is requested to revalidate the cheque in my name DEV...

cheque revalidation - reg.
with reference to above, i have sent an interest warrant no.039782 dt.2nd april 2008 for Rs.1, 042.80 of ASU-UTI-ARS Bonds for revalidation. The same was sent by me on 17th July 2008. The Id No.[protected] and Inst.No.54306855. As i was not in station i could not present in time. Please look into it and send me a fresh warrant with out fail.
