Hi i have bought an smartwatch from the airport for the store i was told that charge for 2 hrs and battery will last for two days. When i reached home and check, it took three hours to charge and with in two hours of standby time it showed me low battery.
Not sure if the product is trust worthy.
Mostly when i checked with battery usage it lasted for about 45mins and the it took three hours of time.

I bought the harmen hansen watch at patna airport on may 8th, 2018. The gents watch is not working properly when i have opened from the seal pack and removed the strap. Ladies watch is working fine. Can you please let me know the service center address in chennai or let me know how to get it replaced. I was completely disappointed with this. Please contact me on [protected]......

I recent brought products from ava outlet at kolkata airport. Due to some technical issues they said that they won't be able to provide bill at that time and will send it through mail when there server is back online.
