I paid for two usb fans, but after the payment i received no product, no confirmation mail or message, and no response from their side either....

I ordered nicer dicer in b4 basket company.. They sent only one single mail from merchant ... But still now i did, nt get any information about my order .. They took money for nicer dicer in my account .. I try to call b4 basket customer care service . That the number keep in switched off. And no response from this company. I want to get the refund amount .. Please kindly send the refund amount as soon as possible...

The money (amount: Rs.1963) was sent through the B4 Basket website for a juicer using Google Pay. I was unable to track my order- it said they would get in touch shortly but never did, I was not able to send an email because it said gmail is unable to deliver the message, however this message was received days later ad not immediately. it was also not from google as per my knowledge. On calling them on their phone number, it said this number...
