I am a victim of this fraud.
I had bought a blue sapphire gemstone from bello jewels on Sep 18 2016 which was eligible for testing and return within a specified period. However Bello Jewells is not giving me my money back for the last 4 months even after repeated follow-ups. Everytime I get the response that it would be transferred in couple of days .

This is absolutely fake company. Time frame to deliver goods was 10 to 12 days but still no revert from their end. Not even the pictures. I ordered blue diamond chocolate diamond white Diamond.
I have contacted some one to solve this matter Please other customers send me your details and help me let's this group shut down their business now.
