I have booked the ticket from tirunelveli to chennai on auguest 15 10.00 pm that day morning 7.00 am i received a call from bethel travels and they informed as bus has cancelled and they said money also will get refund. but i did not get any refund money after i called many times agent but he did not pick my call

This is not an ac bus. They are cheating with false info. Very very old bus & low quality seats. I am only one passenger when i enter in to the bus & ready to travel from tirunelveli to chennai on[protected] but they shift me to another non ac bus because lack of passengers. But i paid ac bus ticket via paytm i came late to office & applied half a day leave. So please don't book on this bus travels.
