I have requested them to close my account and refund my balance because withdrawal limit is too much and i don't want to continue with the app now they closed my account and didn't send my refund neither they activate my account and they are not giving any response to my mail. I had deposited 500 rupees in my betway account through netbanking but still not received in my betway account or its debited from my bank account
