Respected Ma'am/Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I, BINA GOEL, booked a non-document domestic courier from Delhi to my daughter, Varshu Goel in Mumbai via Blazeflash Courier Services on 4th Feb 2012. My consignment number was[protected]. The courier consisted of 850 grams of assorted chocolates at the time of booking.

Today I got the courier returned to my address, with remark "yeh packet...

Dear sir last 30th DEC post a courier a urgent basis from blaze flash courier . blaze flash person omitted next day delivery on customer end.urgent basis document in enulup but blaze flash not pickup phone and not response custmer care end.pod no[protected].i self written compliant on blaze flash courier and 2nd time online complaint and 3 time visited on blaze flash office

I have sent a courier on 30/05/2011 and I was promised that the courier will be delivered to the opposite party within 10-12 days. It has been more than 20 days and it has not yet been delivered. So, I request you to please see that it gets delivered in the next 24 Hours and if it does not happen then I should be provided with compensation and also courier should be delivered....

I had sent a packet from your Nizamuddin office to Mumbai POD#[protected] on 14 May'2010 but till date the packet is not yet delivered.

I have been repeatedly following up with your Nizamuddin office and customer care id but not getting any response. Since past 2 months they have stopped taking my calls and not even reverting on emails....

I was informed on 3 March after persistent followup with the Blazeflash Courier office in Indore, then in Bagalore and then in Delhi, I was informed that the packer was returned from Bangalore on 25th March as the address that the courier was sent on was not within their service area. First of all when I booked...

I sent a letter from DELHI to MUMBAI by courier services on 25/11/2009.I am complaint to the courier services many times but no replay from their side.Please do the needful.Details of same is given below,

i had booked 2 consignments for gwalior and allahbad vide receipt nos as under:-

(a) consignment No[protected] destination GWALIOR dated 11 nov 2009

(b) consignment no[protected] destination ALLAHBAD dated 13 nov 2009

I am sorry to say that both the important documents have not been delivered till date any attempts tocontact the service provider have been in vain....

Thisis the worst courier service i have had an encounter with so far. the worst part is they do not deliver your consignment in time but the even worst is that they talk rude and do not take responsibility and above all thery even threaten you that if you keep asking for your consignment that it will get even more delayed.
