My boat Strom Watch are connecting problem they are not showing any notification....

My boats 131 case having problems of geting charge of case...

Boats bluetooth case is not working problems in chargeing earpbuds...

I raised a complaint (Ticket no. 1208737) on 31st may, 2020 when my boat bluetooth headphones stopped working. They picked up my earphones on 7th june 2020 via xpressbee (Courier service). Since then i haven't heard back and haven't received my earphones either....

I've raised a complaint against my delivery by boats it shows the product is at whhandover. It's been so while almost more than months i didn't received still anything xpressbee isn't responding nor boats customer care. My ticket no is 1086397. Plzz help me
Raised complaint on 11th may got reversed at 13th now it's june end didn't received my boats...
