Bookmybai sent a deaf maid after paying 21 k who could not hear anything and was trying sign language with me that I can't understand. I told them on day 1 that she is deaf and they said either keep or return her. I said I don't have office address, they were simply not giving registered Bengaluru address so if I return maid I will loose money. They said tomorrow itself then Saniya switched off her phone. It took 10 days to reestablish contact...

We paid bookmybai their fees in full for a 24hr maid. We got a girl who was extremely good in her work but her health was very poor and hence she decided to go back home. Had to really twist out a second maid from the agency by keeping the salary on hold. I was almost forced another candidate from Assam saying she met my criteria.
