I have lost my BPL sim card today morning.
Where shld i complain? I cannot contact the customer-care coz i dun hav my sim....

UNABLE TO USE A SIM CARD

I HAVE PURCHESD A TWO SIM CARD OF BPL AT A SAME TIME THROUGH A DEALER FROM JOGESHWARI WEST, BUT I A M STILL UNABLE TO GET THIS SERVICE ONE OF THE CARD THE NO IS [protected]. AND THE GIVEN NO OF CUSTOMER CARE GIVEN BY THE COMPANY 50555
SHOWS THE NETWORK BUSY EVERY TIME WHEN CALLED.

Unwanted caller tunes

Dear Sir,

I am using BPL prepaid service. Recently I have come to know through people who have called me, that they have noticed a caller tune when they tried to contact me.

I have not subscribed for any caller tune, so please discontinue.and please do look for the unwanted charges that have been deducted.

termination of service

Even after submitting documents thrice my sim card services have been terminated. This has caused a lot of inconvenience to me....

Increased STD call Rates

Dear SirMadam
My name is Nalin Singh Negi. I have BPL prepaid sim card for the last 1 year. At the time of purchase i was told that in BPL STD rates are Rs. 1 per min. And this was not in any scheme and also this sim card was purchased from BPL store only. Now you people have started deducting Rs. 1.50 per min and that to without informing me. Now u tell me what should i do because i only do STD calls. One option is like i have recharged...
