We bought an apartment in bren woods recently and we regret badly about our decision to buy this property. There are a group of irresponsible staff who are not at all interested in fulfilling the requirements of the customer once they sell the apartment. We were worried about the waste management plant near the property before buying the house, but we were promised and convinced by the agent that the plant will be shut before we move in....

This is to you in inform you that above mentioned loan no has given fully amount 4 months back to bren corporation builder in bangalore past 4 months back but still my flat registration not done we are not getting support from builder or bankers bankers are fully support information to the builders, also they are collecting fully emi registration dd emi also collecting but bankers are not releaseing...

We booked flat in bren starlight and then cancelled it because the project was getting delayed. They promised us timely refund of our booking amount but never did. There sales contacts keep changing/leaving bren and no one informs the customer about status of the flat. They just want to sell the flats and not take responsibility of other important matters. Since 2015 over 6 point of contacts have changed. You wont know until you call them...

I am looking for apartment on Sarjapur road, Bangalore. I have seen Bren ads on google which really inspire me of theirn amenities and plan. So I decided to visit their place. But I was busy with my working schedule.
But the interested thing's they are offer me to visit on weekend with a free site visit. I thought that is a very special offer & m finally got time to visit some project in bangalore....

We are owners at BREN PALMS KUDLU GATE. Builder has cheated us, we were not informed about the running factory behind of ammonia which bring tears to eyes every time you open window. Also STP plant is located right below the apartment building. Constant humming doesn't let us sleep. People from Bren are worthless. They shout and abuse. After paying lakhs and lakhs, this is what we get! Shame!...

I booked flat in Bren project "Bren Avalon" two month back. They gave me mail confirmation and I paid 3 lakh as booking amount. Now from last 1 month, they are postponing sale agreement saying that owner is delaying and some internal communication is going on. Now they are saying owner is not willing to sell, he is asking for more amount....
