Grivence is addressed at 10.pm directly to collector with regret about Brindavan Function hall which is open hall situated in Anand Bagh, Safilguda, Hyderabad. High pitch Music, bursting of cracker is biggest threat to the colony. The function runs upto early in the morning causing undue disturbances to the residents. I live next to ( Brindavan Function Hall) located in Bolarum, every time there is a party held we bear the brunt of it.
The garbage is thrown into my house and when questioned the owner say's blame the wind.
The function hall is built next to a colony with more than 150 houses, unfortunately I live just beside it.
The owners are responsible to build the place in such a way that the noise does not bother living...
