Not getting UPC Code

Whenever i tried to get UPC code it showing "Request for UPC for your mobile no. 9*********8 could not be processed. Please retry after some time"...

Mobile Number Port

Hi Team,

I'm trying to port away from BSNL network but I keep getting this below message.

And not getting UPC. Look into this please.

"Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed."...
