I am Lakshmi from Bangalore. I purchased dishwasher products worth Rs.2060 on 13th Dec, 2015. After i made the purchase, i received a confirmation message from Govasool.com regarding the purchase and i was assigned order id: BU131215-[protected]. Even after a week, i havent received any information about the products dispatched to me. I called up their customer care number and was informed that their processing time is 20days after...

I am Kavitha from Erode, TamilNadu. I had ordered for dishwasher finish products in their website. (http://www.buyfinishonline.com). I paid the amount(Rs.800) using my debit card . (12th Nov). But still I have not received the product. I checked my account.
The amount has been taken to 'Govasool.com'. And a mail has been generated from it.
