Booked a cab mentioned time of going and return time also.

I got call from cab driver that he can't reach within stipulated time and will reach at 11. I told him, my journey need to start at 9 but I can manage upto 9:30 as my meeting already schedule on destination at 12:30pm.

After that he told me that I am not coming. Executive call me from cab bazaar and cancel my cab booking beacuse after 2 hrs it will not...
