Sir,
I'm inhaling formonide 200 (formoterol fumarate and budesonde powder for inhalation IP) for the past 2 years.
Nowadays the capsule comes with solids instead powder.
When the powder became solids it is very difficult to inhale. Most of the powder remains in the capsule.
The latest batch number is ZHP1366.
The mfg date is 02/2014.
Exp. date is 01/2016.

I PURCHASED THE FORMONIDE 200 INHALER HAVING 120METERED DOSES OF MEDICINE INHALED THROUGH MOUTH.ON 27/07/2009 I PURCHASED THE ABOVE MEDICINE FROM' HETERO PHARMACY' SANATHNAGAR VIDE BILL NO10/5286.THE BATCH NO IS MJ1753 MFG DATE 02/2009 AND EXPIRY DATE IS 01/2011.AFTER ABOUT 15 DAYS I OPENED THE PACKET TO USE THE INHALER FOR THE TREATMENT OF ALLERGIC ASTMA.
